Effective Cost Management of Employee Activities
Open Options Activity Management allows you to gain a true picture of each persons work activities enabling you to effectively cost and manage the workforce. Activities are user definable and can be measured at levels to suit your organisation including departments, cost centres, jobs, projects, contracts or customers.
Activities can be recorded in real time through a variety of input devices or historically through electronic time sheets. In either case the activity bookings are fully integrated with attendance information within Open Options Time and Attendance. This allows complete reconciliation of activity bookings against attended time to reduce administration, eliminate errors and allow you to have a complete understanding of labour costs at the levels of granularity you require.
The flexibility of Open Options Activity Management allows you to define the scope and details of activities performed within your organisation. It also allows you set up different activities for individual departments or divisions that are appropriate to the tasks they undertake. The system is fully integrated with Time and Attendance and can interface with other planning systems to ensure you maximise the value of your systems.
