My-Options offers a web-based solution for organisations that require the flexibility to allow employees and administrators to have access whenever required. It allows managers greater accessibility to the information they need to plan, manage and administer workplace attendance. Developed using the Microsoft .NET framework My-Options is a fully featured web based Time and Attendance solution.

Webbased Workforce Administration
Fully configurable to match the needs of each manager, the easy to use screen layouts prove to be a real administrative partner. The system has been designed to be as intuitive as possible and so minimise the time required to administer working time. My-Options takes the native qualities of Open Options and makes them available to help manage the daily administration tasks either through your intranet or the Internet.
My-Options has a single simple to use view for clearing exceptions to planned attendance. Screen layouts follow the standard Open Options graphical look and feel to indicate unexpected absences missed clockings or overtime that can be quickly cleared.
Absences may be booked using plain English codes with the system automatically checking entitlements to ensure they are not exceeded.
Overtime can be preauthorised or booked retrospectively to suit your organisations requirements. The system will apply your rules for payment, time off in lieu etc as appropriate.
My-Options offers a resource planning function that allows you to view rosters in a wall chart style. By viewing manning levels and skills availability you are more equipped to make decisions when booking absences or changing shift patterns.
Employee Self Service – the WEB Kiosk
My-Options allows your employees to have access to their own records relating to their personal details and their absence and attendance record. Using their own unique ID and password individuals can register attendance and request absences. An electronic time sheet within My-Options also allows them to book activities that are then reconciled against their attendance details. Personal information can be updated to reduce the administration of personnel records. Employees can also enquire on their attandance, holidays, flexi-balance and activity bookings through My-Options. Where organisations are using Open Options Workforce Scheduling they can also view their planned work rosters
