Maximising investment in existing systems
Within your own organisation you will have a number of systems already in place. It is our aim to help you maximise this investment by improving the flow of data from disparate systems and thereby increase the information available to help you manage your business. By doing this we help remove data islands (data that may reside within departments that may be useful for the whole organisation) and avoid the need to keep duplicated data in separate databases. Therefore data can be recorded once and used many times in different ways dependent upon requirements.
Payroll Interface
The Payroll Interface module will transfer all payment details to your preferred payroll system in a safe, easy to manage way, simplifying the payroll processing cycle.
The system enables you to transfer attendance details without requiring specialist payroll knowledge. The extract of information for payroll can be a weekly, monthly or fortnightly activity depending on your requirements and multiple payroll systems are supported where necessary.
HR Interface
The Personnel Interface module eliminates the need to maintain duplicate databases because FM&C can import and export common data to and from Personnel systems.
FM&C enables integration with Personnel systems to automatically populate a database with new employee, change of status and leaver details and can also pass absence details back to the personnel system.
The Payroll and HR Interface modules are designed to integrate with your current systems to ensure successful data transfer and reduce unnecessary administration functions to help streamline your payroll and personnel functions.
