Armitage Bros one of the UK's leading suppliers of pet products has chosen Crown Computing's FM&C Time and Attendance system.
The company with its headquarters in Nottingham employs over 250 people and is well known for its range of "Good boy" and "Good girl" pet products.
Phase 1 of the new system will interface into payroll, it will also ensure compliance with the EU Working Time Directive, improve control over sickness and absenteeism, overtime authorisation, and provide management information on holiday entitlements etc.
The system is fully millenium compliant and additional modules are planned, including Activity Management to assist bonus calculation and payment.
Time & Attendance is part of Crown's Employee Management system - A family of integrated modules all using state-of-the-art ID-Badge recognition for advanced Employee Management functions. The systems integrate with virtually all modern Payroll and H R packages.
