Britax move with Crown
Britax Wingard, an existing customer of Crowns Factory Monitoring and Control system on the AS/400 have moved to Crowns Client/Server Open Options system.
Britax who manufacture rear vision systems for the automotive industry made the decision during 1999 to move away from the AS/400 to Unix Platform.
The system will manage 720 employees at the two Britax sites in Porchester, Hampshire. Janet Arnold IT Manager, commented "Having upgraded to Client/Server open options proved to be the natural choice for us".
