Tamworth, UK, September 1st 2009 – Leading Workforce Management software vendor Crown Computing, have signed an agreement with luxury Yacht manufacturer Princess Yachts to provide a new Time and Attendance (T&A) system for their UK operations which are headquartered at Plymouth.
Open Options Crown’s flagship workforce management system will replace an existing bespoke solution that was ageing, unsupported and becoming increasingly difficult to maintain and administer.
A review of the various systems offered within the UK market was undertaken in early 2009, Anita Gruitt – Audit & Business Systems Manager for Princess Yachts spearheaded this process and in July this year the company selected Crown Computing as its preferred T&A solution provider.
The Open Options system will administer the time & attendance and activity management of circa 2,000 employees at Princess’ main site at Plymouth. It is anticipated that the project will be completed around December 2009.
