Oracle e-Business integration is announced in Version 6 of Crown Computing’s Open Options system, enabling companies to integrate fully, Crown’s Attendance & Absence Recording and Employee Time Booking with Oracle’s Human Resource, Production Planning, Costing and Payroll Systems. Attended Time and Employee Booked time are automatically reconciled prior to submission to the Oracle System, improving the accuracy of time recording, costing and operational data, minimising errors and system administration. Open Options, used by businesses including BAE Systems, Airbus UK and Scottish Power, allows access to up-to-the-minute information on the status and deployment of all employees. The system includes modules for Attendance and Absence Management, Time Booking and Accounting, Activity Management, Access Control and Workforce Scheduling.
